It reviews trademark operations in conformity with original legislation and either entitlement or denies trademark enrollments. In the UAE, registered trademarks are defended for ten times. Registration can also be renewed indefinitely ( generally for ten times in a row) as long as renewal payments are paid on time before the enrollment expires.
